Description

This is the 2023 edition of Springbank Local Barley. It is produced using time-honored techniques, with every step of the process completed on-site, as with all Springbank offerings. It is a blend of 60% bourbon barrels and 40% sherry barrels, bottled at 54.1% ABV without any added coloring or chill filtration.
