The White Elephant of Bourbon Whiskies, a 20 year old bottling of Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve. The whisky retains a beautiful sweetness, full of stewed fruits on the nose, sweet spices, oiliness and white chocolate. The palate is Rich and soft with the mouthfeel almost like silk. The finish is sublime with a good lengthy finish with hints of honeycomb, peppery spices and prunes.

This very rare. limited edition bourbon takes generations of distilling know-how to produce. Only the most careful and expensive distilling method can be used to create a whiskey as special as this one. This is the same distillation as our famous 20 year old Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve. These barrels were carefully selected from the heart of the warehouse. Nose. Pappy Van Winkle 15
A well aged expression from Old Rip Van Winkle. This bottle of Pappy 15 has a higher wheat content in its mashbill and was matured in heavily charred barrels. A very well balanced whiskey with nuttiness, toffee and rum like complexity, buttery in the mouth and toffee popcorn coming through. Really good stuff.
