Distilled at the Hakushu Distillery, this peated single malt has been aged in Spanish Oak casks and released as the Kimono Edition of The Kogei Collection.
An excellent whiskey, creamy rich, with a fruity tasting note of apricot and plums. Finishing notes of sweet tobacco and christmas spice.The longer in the mouth the more the malt content seems to grow. This is a must-try for anyone interested in Japanese whisky.
