This Dalmore 18 is a stunning example of a Highland malt which is as rich, fruity and spicy as you could ever want from a Dalmore. It was aged for 14 years in American oak, followed by three years in Matusalem sherry butts, before a final year in sherry butts. The result is a deliciously warming dram with notes of chocolate raisin, strewed fruits, winter spice and ending with plenty of richness. A marvellous dram to share!

Dalmore 12 year-old is aged for the first nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a whisky with thick mouth feel with prominent notes of coffee, rich sherried flavours and maple syrup sweetness. A fantastic combination that works in perfect harmony.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks. A favourite expression in the Dalmore stable, this 15-year-old is elegant and smooth, with lipsmacking texture and the flawless balance one would expect from blending maestro Richard Paterson.

An independent bottling of 14 year old single malt from the Dalmore distillery! Bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company, this expression features an illustration of a deep sea mine on the label – referencing the days when these explosives were made at the distillery in the 1910s.
Batch 3 is a release of 811 bottles.
