The Balvenie 21 Year Old Madeira Cask Finish was matured in traditional oak whisky casks for more than 20 years, then transferred to casks Madeira wine casks for a further period of maturation. The result is a fragrant, fruity whisky with notes of orange blossom, stem ginger, juicy exotic fruit salad with runny honey and cinnamon spices. Mouthwateringly good!

The Balvenie Peat Week 14 Year Old is one of the first expressions from the distillery to be made entirely from 100% peated barley, The Balvenie distillery produces peated whisky for one week a year – named ‘Peat Week’. This inaugural release is from 2002 and has been aged in American oak for 14 years. The result is a subtly soft smoky whisky with notes of citrus, vanilla and honey blossom.

This is the 2014 release of Balvenie’s 30 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a mixture of traditional oak and Sherry casks selected by David Stewart, Balvenie’s Malt Master.
This lip smacking whisky has won a plethora of awards to include, Gold Outstanding at the IWCS and was crown Best Speyside Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2013. To further enhance its credentials Serge Valentin scored it 90 points on Whisky fun.
With that aside, this is a fantastic Balvenie which is rich, complex and beautiful. Highly recommended.

The flagship single malt from Balvenie’s core range, this bottling was finished in thirty year old port pipes giving this whisky an extra level of depth and concentration of flavour. A well composed whisky which is rich, decadent and full bodied. Highly recommended.

Only 1,920 bottles of this single malt were released for the UK market. This Balvenie offering was matured for 17 years in casks which previously held Jamaican rum. It has notes of rich, yellow fruit and acacia honey with a soft buttery texture.

This is one of Balvenie’s group of six limited edition cask finished 17 year olds. This was initially matured in traditional oak casks before a finish in Madeira fortified wine casks. Its nose has a spicy, earthy oak notes with subtle hints of vanilla and honey. Soft fruit aromas, a slow baked apple infused with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Lovely!

An individual numbered 15 year old from selected single ex-bourbon casks from the Balvenie distillery, this is a single malt both fruity and honeyed with an excellent finish.The 15 Year Old Single Barrel Sherry Cask is a wonderful sight from Balvenie – single malt Scotch whisky fully matured in Sherry casks. These are released in batches of no larger than 650 bottles from a single cask, each one being hand numbered.
