A phenomenal bottling that seems to combine the classic spice of rye with the nutty, fruity moreishness of Bourbon. Erupting from the glass with Bakewell tart, heavily toasted oak, cherry cola, crème brûlée, cherry chocolate liqueurs, dried apricots and burnt flapjack. After it’s distilled over in Kentucky, the liquid was aged in new charred white oak barrels for the entirety of its four years.
