The Macallan Quest range released for the Travel Retail market features four expressions showing off the miles travelled to source casks, to mature the Speyside whisky.

The Lumina expression is made with whisky that has been aged in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, as well as in hogsheads. The Lumina is a much more vanilla and toffee-focused dram , with creamy vanilla and an edge of wood spice and ginger, which gets its distinctive character from extraordinary sherry-seasoned oak casks.
