This single malt has been matured for eleven years in bourbon barrels followed by four years in fresh Pinot Noir barriques. Aromas of custard, bramble jam, cherries, toffee, butterscotch and smoky embers fill the nose. This is then complemented by notes of cranberry, raspberry, rich malt with waves of smoke and hints of sea salt throughout the palate.
