Distilled in October 2003 and bottled in March 2017, Unpeated single malt from the celebrated Springbank distillery matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks! The nose, a nice rich dark chocolate and rose petals with ginger biscuits and freshly brewed espresso. followed by a fresh cream palate with, strawberries, clotted cream, marzipan, strawberry jam and walnuts. The finish being a sticky toffee pudding and coffee liqueur with some fruity notes and a touch of black pepper.
