This is the 2025 release of Springbank Local Barley, crafted from Bere Barley grown exclusively at Clochkiel Farm. The whisky is matured in a blend of 60% bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks. Renowned for their expertise, Springbank Distillery oversees every stage of production, from malting and distilling to ageing and bottling, all on-site.
