Distilled at the Caol Ila distillery in the Isle of Islay, this whisky was bottled by independent bottler SMWS in celebration of the Feis Ile 2021 festival which was unfortunately cancelled. This expression was distilled in 2010 and was laid down to mature in a first fill shaved, toasted and re-charred barrique for at least 10 years. Just 257 bottles were produced, this expression has been given the name “Salt n’ Sauce”.
