Kilkerran have released another cracking batch of Heavily Peated. Batch 4 was matured in 80% ex bourbon and 20% ex-sherry casks and bottled at 58.6%. There’s upfront smoky flavour but it’s threaded with a wonderful sea-salt and black pepper element.
