Description
On the nose, it is pleasantly fresh, with notes of blood orange, subtle tartness, herbs, and a delicate floral touch. The palate is surprisingly peppery, layered with flavors of orange, ripe and tart apples, a hint of honey and vanilla, and later giving way to bitter oak spice and dark chocolate.
