A well aged Caol ila matured for over 31 years! Matured in a single refill sherry butt from 1988 to 2020. Relatively light and fresh, with a distinctive oily mouthfeel and honey-like lemony sweetness to complement its smoke.
Gordon & MacPhail bottled up the whisky at cask strength for its Connoisseurs Choice range, with only 518 bottles produced.
