Distilled in 2008 with a cask strength of 56.7%. The nose: Potato skins, joined by some hay, humus and autumn leaves with just a hint of apple and lemon. Soft on the spices. On the palate, this is a powerhouse with loads of spices. Lemon, apple and some peach. Some Turkish Delight as well. The finish is very long and leaves no doubt that this was a bourbon cask.
