This whisky has been matured wholly in ex-Rye whiskey casks- which is the first time this cask type has appeared in any of Ardbeg’s releases. Timber smoked banana and pear drift into vanilla and rye on the nose. A spicy mouthfeel hoists up and ignites an array of fruity flavours.
