Signatory Vintage’s Speyside (M) releases are always eagerly awaited—and for good reason. This whisky was distilled at an undisclosed distillery in 2011 and matured for 13 years in a combination of first-fill and refill sherry butts, before being bottled at the traditional 100 proof. It proves to be a remarkable example of a classic sherried Speyside whisky, making it an ideal dram for the winter months.
