Description

This is the first bottling of Tamdhu single malt Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, but it’s worth the wait. This edition is reminiscent of the classic Tamdhu style, with plentiful sherry notes balanced by a resinous quality throughout. It was aged for 28 years before being bottled.

The label is a reference to the fact that Tamdhu is the only distillery that continues to use a Saladin box to malt its barley, featuring a shadow-boxing Prince Saladin sporting a mighty fine beard.

Batch 1 is a release of 270 bottles.
