The second installment in Springbank’s five-part sherry series of single malts, this whisky underwent six years of maturation in bourbon casks before spending an additional four years in Palo Cortado sherry casks. Representing the pinnacle of craft distilling, Springbank is an independently owned distillery that manages all aspects of production on-site using traditional distilling methods.
