A well aged expression from Old Rip Van Winkle. This bottle of Pappy 15 has a higher wheat content in its mashbill and was matured in heavily charred barrels. A very well balanced whiskey with nuttiness, toffee and rum like complexity, buttery in the mouth and toffee popcorn coming through. Really good stuff.
