Octomore 12.3, Bruichladdich’s super heavily peated single malt, made with barley peated to 118.1 ppm. Distilled from barley grown on Church Field, on Octomore farm 2 miles from the distillery. The whisky was then filled into two types casks, ex-Bourbon oak casks and a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt from Fernando De Castilla, for a minimum of five years and then married together.
