The Heavily Peated Batch 5 stands on par with its predecessors in terms of quality. Produced at the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown, which reopened in 2004 after a 79-year hiatus, this release offers a complex cask-strength whisky matured in 85% ex-bourbon and 15% ex-sherry casks.
