Bowmore’s newly launched No.1 Malt is exceptionally special. Vanilla sweetness, cinnamon spice and oak smoke beautifully complement the mouth-watering citrus, honeycomb and coconut flakes, culminating in a peat smoked, bourbon vanilla and lime finish.
This single malt has enjoyed maturation in Oloroso sherry casks. A 15-year-old bottling of Bowmore named ‘Laimrig’ – Scots Gaelic for ‘pier’. Finished in Spanish sherry butts, this is a rich and complex Bowmore.
Presenting the first of the Vintner’s Trilogy, Bowmore 18 Year Old is matured in both ex-bourbon barrels and ex-manzanilla sherry barrels, taking on a rich antique gold colour. The palate is thick and rich with plenty of dried fruit and robust peat smoke whilst finishing off with citrus oil.
A popular expression in Bowmore’s ongoing range, A comparatively recent release from Bowmore, the 18 year old was launched in January of 2007. A perfumed, fruity offering from the Islay distillery. Goes fantastically well on any occasion.
A delightful 17 year old Islay malt that was distilled at Bowmore and released in the 1990’s in this iconic screen printed label. The liquid is beautifully balanced with great a complexity of citrus, chocolate and brine mingling with the peat.
